My big boy, Titan Joseph ♥

I can't believe in less than two months my big boy will be four years old! Where has the time gone? I am so proud of him.. especially the last few weeks. He has always loved to do his work books, but lately he is a lot more dedicated to his writing. Before he would not try very hard or pay much attention to his tracing. Now he is tracing perfectly and writing his own letters very well! He is doing great with identifying his numbers and letters, too. He is such a smart little boy and following right in his sissy's foot steps.

Another big milestone for Titan.. he is over the mean terrible three's. He was such a fighter and didn't care to listen often. He is now such a lover, so sweet and all about helping and cleaning. He really is growing up so fast and I love watching him grow. He absolutely adores his sister. He is the first one to always defend her, her biggest fan and she is his best friend. He knows how to make everyone smile and loves to do so. It's crazy how different but the same he and MaKenzie are, and I am so proud of them both and absolutely love watching them grow, explore and learn. I can't wait to see Liam do the same! Titan adores Liam and always makes sure he is happy. He always asks "How long until Liam grow up?" He wants to play trains, cars, and so much with him!

My little love bugs are growing up in the blink of an eye. Please someone find the remote to life and push pause!

Back to school!

It's hard to believe that summer break is already over and it is back to school time! I am so proud of MaKenzie and how she did in Kindergarten starting at only four years old. Now we have first grade ahead of us and I am so excited to see how amazing she will do. I know that she is going to do great and I look forward to watching her grow and learn so much more. She is one smart little girl :)

The day before school started was Meet and Greet day! We went to meet her teacher, see who some of her classmates were and check out her classroom. It's amazing how much more "Grown up" the difference is between kindergarten class rooms to first grade classrooms. MaKenzie has a couple of her friends from kinder in her class so she was very happy. Mrs. Kennedy is her teacher. She is a very nice lady. We look forward to a great year with her. MaKenzie already adores her.

The first week of school went great. MaKenzie misses having the Pereda girls to walk from the car loop to the play ground with.. but she has a new morning routine. She walks to the playground to meet her friend Arianna and has a morning talk with her Kinder teacher, Mrs. Hummel who she misses and just adores! She had her first week of homework, spelling words and a spelling test. She did great on all of the above and already has fifteen books on her reading log. She was also Student of the Day on Friday :)

I am very proud of her and can't wait to see how much she learns this year! Can't believe that next year I will be sending two of my love bugs to school!

One month old ♥

How is it possible that Liam is already a month old? I am really trying to hang on to every possible second of this newborn stage.. since we will not be having anymore babies. It just seems to be flying by, though! It seems in just the month that he has been born he is already changing so much. He is already showing off some of his personality and I love it. Right now we are on a pretty good routine. We start off our day around 8 or 9.. depending when MaKenzie and Titan wake up. The mornings are my favorite.. Liam just lays awake looking around, moving his arms and feet, talking away.. sometimes I even get a smile in there :) It's his main awake hours of the day. He is usually awake for a good two hours before he wants a bottle and passes back out for most of the day. Of course he wakes up every few hours for a bottle and diaper change, but he does not stay awake long. He often falls right back to sleep until somewhere in the evening he wakes up for another hour or so looking around. For the most part we both get a lot of rest at night. Liam usually wakes up around 2am and 5am.. only needing a bottle and diaper change before he is right back to sleep. He is such an easy baby. He only fusses when he needs a bottle. Never really cries! Bath times are one of his favorite times of the day. I couldn't ask for an easier third baby. I was kind of nervous bringing a newborn back into our routine but he makes it easy! Not to mention MaKenzie and Titan are both great kids and really love to help out. They are both so sweet and caring to their baby brother. Bath time is also their favorite time to help! MaKenzie usually helps with washing his hair while Titan uses our dolphin sponge to clean Liam's belly :)
I could brag all day about my three love bugs but I am just very thankful for each of them! ♥ They are so precious to me and I would not have it any other way. I was definitely destined to be a mommy :) Hopefully the days slow down. MaKenzie is starting first grade in a couple days and Titan is turning four in two months. They are growing up way too fast and I need much more time to enjoy this before they are all three grown up and going to college!!
